Instructions and the product are simple to install, I had it done in 15 minutes. The mount moves very smoothly/easy for tilting. Great experience! It seems sturdy, it is very low profile which helps make my thin TV look attractive on the wall, and the tilt function works well. I would have given it 5 stars if the documentation would have been better. The only instructions that were included in the box were in Spanish. This proved to be a problem for me so I went on line and found instructions in English which I printed out. Even in English, I found the instructions to be a bit lacking in regard to some of the mechanical features; and it requires some mechanical and handyman aptitude to mount. Overall, I find this to be a good product.
