Got everything put together with TV and on the wall in less than an hour! Like the other review says, for about $30 bucks delivered within 2 days, this is incredible versus the retail store onces charging close to and over $100. Best Buy guy told me "good luck" making sure you get all the parts etc, if I bought a mount online - well, all the parts were there in a nice simple box & arrangement and the top bracket actually came with a leveler, even though it was a little off by a tad. All in all, this is a great buy, no need to spend over $30 for a flat screen mount. Also, if you happen to drill a slightly bigger/deeper hole before you put the lag bolt on the wall, you can easily go to Home Depot or Lowes and get a slightly bigger/longer lag bolt that will work just fine - like I happened to do - no big deal though. But there are a few things that could be improved. I have a different wall mount for a larger panel TV and it is significantly more sturdy than this one. Once this is on the wall and adjusted it works just fine but doesn't seem to be built to withstand much movement or adjustment after the initial install. I did not use the built in level but did look at the reading once the mounting plate was on the wall. The plate was level but the bubble was not centered. Had I used the bubble level on the unit, the mount would have tilted approx 1/8 inch high on the left. This was true for both units I installed. Then, once the brackets were attached to the back of the TV and connected to the mounting plate, the TV was not level! Turns out the brackets on the back of the TV don't self-center on the TV mounting holes. Other wall mounts I've used are self-centering.
