I could have selected a mount that held the TV a little closer to the wall, but preferred the articulating motion to access a space behind the TV. The mount holds the TV where placed without any tension adjustments. It mounts to the TV at the limit of the brackets (VESA 400) but fits perfectly, though I needed to obtain hardware 1/8" longer than those provided because my Samsung has recessed mounting holes. Longer hardware must be used with caution on a thin LCD TV.My mount has two plastic pieces attached to the wall bracket. These arrived cracked or broken about the screws attaching them to the metal mount. I believe this was caused by an overly large outer shipping box. Instead of obtaining a full replacement from Amazon with associated time and expense, I contacted Ollo through the vendor contact page. We have a LG 47" LED tv that is well under the max rating for this mount. Install was easy and everything looked good. However, after about 2 weeks of being mounted, the arms started sagging in the bottom right hand corner when arms were extended. All in all, a pretty good design, but I think the arm strength needs to be beefed up a little bit. |
