After i recieved it and put it together i soon found out my 37inch flat panel TV doesnt even fit on it. the whole stand it 47 1/2 wide. Well, that includes the places on the side to hold games or movies. It is DEFINATLY not wide enough to hold a 47 inch TV. After you get it assembled it's a very solid and sturdy piece of furniture.Amazon should change there description saying it will fit up to a 47" because like the other reviews said, The whole thing is 47.5 inches wide and my 32" has an inch of space on each side. That being said, I love it. I highly recommend it...Hope this helps.. |
